Randy Evans

Randy Evans began his career in the Fire Sprinkler industry in 1958 with Moore Pipe and Sprinkler Company; a union affiliated company begun in 1926 by his father, Howell Evans.While serving as Vice President, Randy recognized the need for an open shop company capable of competing in a non-union market. He started Independent Sprinkler Corporation in 1980, where he served as president, and was joined by his son, Tucker Evans after his graduation from Florida State University in 1986. When Randy sold Independent Sprinkler in 1993, gross annual sales exceeded $3,000,000.

Following the subsequent closure of Independent Sprinkler, Mr. Evans realized the need for an experienced, full service fire protection company. With a combination of over forty-two years of

experience he, along with Tucker Evans, formed Evans Fire Protection Company in early 1994.
